An interesting way to get a feel for Thailand is to read a book or two penned by the many western authors who have written books set in the ‘Land of the Smiles.’
There are loads of well written books set in Thailand (as well as many not so well written ones). The following books are worth a read and give a good insight into Thailand. Some of the books featured in this section may be out of print but can still be purchased online at stores such as amazon.
